“If you buy this house you’ll never be sorry,” Mirsky told his clients.

“And if we don’t?” They asked.

“Then we’ll find you another,” he said.

“Will we find one as good? The husband asked.

“Maybe, maybe not," Mirsky said. “The important thing is to find one that suits you.”

“Will you tell us if we’re making a bad choice? The wife asked.

“That’s my job,” Mirsky said. "That's my job."

“I thought your job was to sell real estate,” said the husband.

“It is,” Mirsky said. “But only if it’s right and believe you me, this one is right.”
